Basic:

Salt 1 g
Butter 10 g
Candied fruit (Dried cranberries and candied oranges) 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 380 g
Cardamom 2 g
Hazelnut 2 tbsp
White chocolate (DO NOT substitute chocolate with confectionery chocolate chips!) 350 g

Recipe instructions

Place the dishes in a water bath. Pour milk, add chocolate pieces. Stirring, heat until lumps disappear completely. Add salt.

Remove the dishes from the heat, add candied fruits, chopped hazelnuts, cardamom. Mix everything, pour into a pan lined with foil or parchment or film, greased with oil. Cool and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
