Basic:

Sugar 3 tsp
Apples 3 pc
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Walnuts 3 tbsp

How to bake apples with sugar and cinnamon in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I took red, juicy and sweet, large apples. Wash the apples and remove the peel from half of each apple. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Cut the core out of each apple in a cone shape, without cutting all the way through. Do this carefully so as not to cut through the bottom, otherwise the filling will leak out.

Grind the nuts by chopping them a little with a knife.

Cut a piece of foil or parchment paper and line the bottom of a baking dish — I used a rectangular glass one. Place the apples in the mold, pour a teaspoon of sugar into the holes and add a tablespoon of walnuts, as much as possible (as much as will fit).

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the apples so that the spice gets into both the center and the edges. Send the apples to bake in the oven at 180 degrees. My apples took 25 minutes. The main thing is that the apples do not turn into mush, but remain intact.
