Basic:

Water 250 ml
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Juice (fruity or berry) 500 ml

How to make homemade jelly from juice with gelatin. Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take any fruit or berry juice, freshly squeezed or store-bought, with or without pulp. I used store bought orange juice. It was sweet enough, so I didnʼt add any extra sugar. If you have freshly squeezed juice, it is better to add a little sugar to it so that it does not turn out too sour.

Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for 40 minutes. For instant gelatin, 25 minutes is enough. Read more about different types of gelatin in the article at the link at the end of the recipe.

Pour the swollen gelatin into a saucepan and heat, stirring, over low heat until all the grains are completely dissolved.

Pour the hot gelatin into the juice and stir well until smooth.
