A real delicacy, children will be delighted. I found the recipe for this mousse on a foreign website, translated it and prepared it. I urgently needed somewhere to place the strawberries, which this year pleased me with a bountiful harvest.

Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 60 ml
Strawberry 150 g
Heavy cream 180 ml
Marshmallow 100 g

Decoration:

Mint to taste

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare marshmallow mousse with strawberries and wild strawberries, we will need: vanilla marshmallows (you can also use strawberry), strawberries (fresh or frozen, I used frozen), heavy whipping cream (33-35% fat), water, sugar and strawberries.

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems. Cut the berries into small pieces. If the strawberries are frozen, then defrost them first and save the juice that has been released.

Place chopped strawberries in a saucepan, add sugar and water. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the berries are soft.

Blend the berries with an immersion blender until smooth.
