Heavy cream 500 g
Sugar 4 tbsp
Vanillin to taste

How to make ice cream without an ice cream maker at home? Prepare the food. You will need the fattest cream, at least 30% fat. Choose high-quality and natural cream, without vegetable fats. Pour them into a deep bowl.

Add sugar and vanilla to a bowl with cream. Keep in mind that depending on the product chosen (vanillin, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract) its quantity will depend. Place just a little vanilla, literally on the tip of a knife. Read more about flavorings at the end of the recipe.

Mix the ingredients and beat with a mixer until a thick mixture is obtained. You can add condensed milk to taste, but it will make the treat more nutritious. The main thing is that all products are the same temperature and chilled.

Transfer the creamy mixture into small containers and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

After the specified time, remove the form with ice cream from the freezer and mix it with a spatula or mixer. Place the ice cream back in the freezer for the same amount of time. The procedure must be repeated several more times, depending on what degree of freezing you like the ice cream — hard or soft.

I like soft ice cream, so I only repeated the freezing process twice. Decorate the ice cream with berry syrup, fresh berries, grated chocolate, chopped nuts and serve. Bon appetit!
