How to make a delicious berry dessert? Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a puff dessert with whipped cream and berries, we will need: heavy whipping cream (33-35% fat), sponge or sugar cookies, sugar, a mixture of red and black currants (you can take one type) and a mixture of wild berries (blueberries, wild strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

Wash, sort and dry all berries or fruits. At the same time, do not mix currants with wild berries (blueberries, strawberries), as they will be needed for different stages of preparing the dessert.
