Sugar 2 tbsp
Vanillin 1 g
Gelatin 10 g
Cream (thirty%) 500 g
Strawberry 200 g

Letʼs prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can use any gelatin that you have on hand; we use it according to the instructions indicated on the package. You can take fresh or frozen strawberries; I already have ready-made strawberry puree. Instead of cream, you can use sour cream.

Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath or in the microwave; if the gelatin was sheet, it should be strained through a sieve.

Let the jelly mixture cool.

Whip the cream with sugar and a pinch of vanillin until it is completely dissolved and the cream becomes thick.

Combine the creamy mixture with the jelly mixture and mix.
