Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make manna with kefir in the oven with flour? Measure out the required ingredients. Kefir is suitable for any fat content. Take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is not cold.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour kefir over semolina and mix well. Leave the resulting mass for 30-40 minutes so that the semolina swells well. During this time, you can stir a couple more times to ensure uniformity of the process.

Step 3

Step 3
Melt the butter in the microwave on the appropriate setting. You can melt the butter on the stove over low heat. Allow the melted butter to cool before adding to the dough.

Step 4

Step 4
Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the cake will rise well during baking and will turn out fluffy and airy.

Step 5

Step 5
In a suitable sized bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. You can use a mixer, but a regular whisk will do the job well.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the swollen semolina into the resulting mass, stir until smooth.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour in the not hot melted butter, mix well.

Step 8

Step 8
Add flour sifted with baking powder.

Step 9

Step 9
Mix everything thoroughly until the lumps disappear. The dough turns out thick and flowing.

Step 10

Step 10
Line the bottom of a baking dish with a diameter of 18-20 cm with parchment. Grease the sides of the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold.

Step 11

Step 11
