Wheat flour 430 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs (C0) 2 pc
Margarine 180 g
Jam 1 cup

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Preparing the ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Melt margarine in a microwave oven or in a water bath, not until completely dissolved, but until creamy.

Step 3

Step 3
Grind the margarine with sugar until it is completely dissolved. While the sugar dissolves, the margarine will cool to the desired temperature.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat in the eggs, mix until smooth, or beat with a blender.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour sifted flour mixed with baking powder into the mixture.

Step 6

Step 6
Knead the stiff dough, but do not knead it for a long time, otherwise the cake will turn out hard. Divide the dough into two parts, one larger for the bottom cake, the second smaller for the top. Cool a small part of the dough well in the freezer (half an hour is enough).

Step 7

Step 7
We roll out most of it into a layer and place it in a greased form, making sides. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 8

Step 8
Grate the frozen dough.

Step 9

Step 9
Spread thick jam onto the dough. You need to take something thick, otherwise the dough may not bake well under the liquid jam and may taste wet.

Step 10

Step 10
Cover the top with grated dough.

Step 11

Step 11
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 12

Step 12
A delicious, sweet and crumbly pie is ready for a tea party with the family.

Step 13

Step 13
Enjoy your tea!
