Wheat flour 170 g
Butter 100 g
Milk 2 tbsp
Eggs 3 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp

For filling:

Sugar 2 tbsp
Apples 4 pc
Butter 50 g
Pumpkin 100 g

Peel apples and pumpkin and cut into cubes. Heat a frying pan with butter, add apples and pumpkin and fry everything together over medium heat while stirring. Add sugar and mix. Simmer the apples until soft. Remove the filling from the heat to cool.

In one bowl, lightly beat the eggs with milk with a fork. In another bowl, cream soft butter with sugar until creamy. In a third bowl, sift the flour along with the baking powder.

Now alternately add the flour and egg mixture to the butter mixture.
