Sift the flour and baking powder into a suitable size bowl.

The dough turns out homogeneous and soft. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the filling you can use any part of the chicken; I used chicken fillet.

Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water over moderate heat until cooked. Cool the chicken and chop finely.

Place the washed and peeled champignons on a kitchen towel to absorb excess liquid. Leave for 15-20 minutes so that all the moisture is absorbed into the fabric. It is important to dry the mushrooms well, otherwise, once saturated with moisture, they will become watery. Cut the champignons into small cubes. If you use wild mushrooms, you must first boil them in salted water, then chop them.

Cut the pre-peeled onions into small cubes.

Fry the onions in a frying pan until half cooked.

Place the formed pies on a parchment-lined sheet. Brush the top of future pies with egg yolk mixed with milk. I got 3 mini pies with savory filling and 3 mini pies with sweet filling.
