Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour 240 g
Water 100 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Yeast 1 tsp

Filling:

Eggs 1 pc
Hard cheese 80 g
Pickled cheese 80 g

How to bake yeast pie with cheese? First, prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and stir. The water should be warm, but not scalding, otherwise the yeast in it will die. You will find more information about yeast in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.

Add salt and 30 g of flour to the yeast.

Stir the yeast mixture and leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the yeast mixture into a deep bowl, pour in the olive oil and sift the remaining flour into it in parts.

Form the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Brynza can be replaced with mozzarella or Adyghe cheese. Grate the cheeses on a fine grater and mix.

Beat the egg with a fork, pour a little to grease the pie.

Pour most of the egg into the cheese and stir. Turn on the oven to 220 degrees.

Divide the risen dough into two parts. Roll out the first part on a floured surface into a circle approximately 5 mm thick.
