Prepare the dough: sift the flour into a bowl and grind with butter until fine crumbs are obtained, add powdered sugar and a lightly beaten egg. Mix well until the crumbs stick together and the dough is smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
