Peach-Coconut Delight Pie

The most delicate pie with peach filling will delight you! I baked a pie for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Delicate peaches with coconut flavor. I like it. I immediately thought that an option with bananas and other berries and fruits was possible. I want to try it with cherries.

Ingredients (12 portions)

For dough:

Chicken eggs 2 pc
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Butter 100 g
Wheat flour 2 cup
Sugar 70 g
Milk 100 ml
Baking powder 10 g

For cream:

Sugar 100 g
Butter 50 g
Heavy cream 100 g
coconut flakes 200 g
Peaches 400 g

Prepare the dough: melt butter or margarine over low heat.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add vanilla.

Add milk to this mixture and mix everything again. Mix flour with baking powder.

Add the egg mixture to the flour. The result is a thick dough. Grease the baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the dough in the pan and bake for 15 minutes.

While the dough is baking, prepare the coconut streusel. Melt the butter over low heat, add cream and sugar, heat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved and at the very end add the coconut. Mix everything thoroughly.

Remove the pie from the oven and place peaches on it.

Spread the coconut sterizel evenly over the peaches and bake until the pie is completely baked.

Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I let the cake sit for a while, about 4-5 hours, until completely cooled.
