Ready shortbread cookies 300 g
Butter 100 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp

Filling:

Cottage cheese 800 g
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
White chocolate 60 g
Eggs 3 pc
Starch 2 tbsp

Grind the cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Add cocoa powder and mix.

Melt the butter and add to the cookies.

Mix until moist, plastic crumbs form. If the crumbs are dry and crumbling, add a little more melted butter.

Use the resulting wet crumbs to line the bottom and sides of the mold (I used a 22 cm mold). We compact the mixture well and put the mold in the refrigerator.

Place cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar into the bowl of a food processor with blades. Grind the cottage cheese until smooth.

Beat 3 eggs into the grated cottage cheese, one at a time (if the eggs are small, take 4), grind the curd mass thoroughly after each.

Place the filling in the pan and bake the pie at 180 C for about 1 hour. Everyoneʼs oven is different, so be guided by the condition of the cheesecake; it should brown a little on top. My cheesecake baked for 45 minutes.
