Roll the dough onto a rolling pin and transfer to a sheet lined with parchment. If the quality of the parchment requires it, grease it with vegetable oil. Form the filling into a small ball and place it in the center of the rolled out dough. At a short distance from the center, place the rest of the filling in the shape of a circle 4-5 cm wide. To do this more evenly, you can first mark the contours with plates of suitable diameter.
