For dough:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 280 g
Butter 200 g
Sour cream 40 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp

For filling:

Bulb onions 350 g

How to make onion pie in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary products. Instead of butter, you can use margarine or a mixture of margarine and butter. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is soft.

Pour half the flour, sifted with salt, soda and baking powder, into a bowl, add softened butter. Using a fork, mash all ingredients into crumbs. Read the article at the end of the recipe about baking soda and baking powder.

Then add sour cream and stir. Add the rest of the flour. You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. For flour, read the separate article below the steps.

Knead soft, pliable dough. Place go in a bowl, cover with film and put in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, letʼs make the filling. Hard boil the eggs and cover with cold water to cool. Peel and cut into cubes. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and simmer in a frying pan in hot oil until lightly golden (do not fry!) Cool. Wash the greens in running water, dry and finely chop.

Mix onion, chopped eggs and herbs in a bowl. Salt and sprinkle with spices. Mix well. The filling is ready.

To fill, beat eggs and sour cream, add salt.

Distribute the chilled dough over the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl, forming a basket with sides 3 cm high.
