Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make charlotte with apples in the microwave? Prepare everything you need for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance. to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished baked goods will be more fluffy. Choose sweet and sour apples to taste.

Step 2

Step 2
For the dough, combine eggs with sugar and beat them for 2-3 minutes at maximum mixer power. They will become fluffy with lots of bubbles. There is no need to beat until thick.

Step 3

Step 3
Then add flour, baking soda and vanilla to the eggs and just mix everything together. No need to whisk. Flour works great in a few steps. You may need more or less flour, look at the dough.

Step 4

Step 4
The finished dough will not be thick, but it will not be very liquid either. It seems to be trying to keep its shape, but it’s not working.

Step 5

Step 5
Core the apples and cut them into pieces. Use the number of apples to suit your taste. You can add just 1 apple. Or you can cut 5-6 pieces. The more apples, the juicier the finished pie will be.

Step 6

Step 6
Stir the chopped apples into the finished dough.

Step 7

Step 7
For the microwave, take any utensils suitable for it. I have a glass bowl. Cover the bottom of the bowl with cling film (just don’t do this for the oven) and grease it a little with vegetable oil. Place the dough with apples into a bowl and smooth it out. Put it in the microwave. My pie was cooked at 700W for 16 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking, I check it for doneness. During this time, the center is still clearly damp. Therefore, we add time and monitor the pie.

Step 8

Step 8
When the baking time is up, leave the cake in the microwave for 7-10 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
Remove the charlotte from the bowl and remove the film from it. If you are confused by the white color of the cake, you can pour chocolate over it. But, in my opinion, chocolate will overwhelm the taste of apples. So I sprinkled it with powdered sugar. The pie itself turns out more tender and moist than from the oven. We really like it! Help yourself too!
