Kefir 200 ml

How to make lazy pies with eggs and green onions? Start cooking with the filling. Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? Place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel them from the shell and cut them into medium cubes using a knife or a strainer with mesh. Wash the onion and chop finely.

Pour in the pre-sifted flour or immediately sift the flour into a bowl through a strainer. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking. Start kneading the dough with a spoon or silicone spatula. The consistency should be thicker than for pancakes. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Use a spoon to scoop the dough into patties, spacing them a little apart as they will expand in size. Fry the pies over low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side so that they have time to bake and are not raw in the middle. Remove the finished pies and fry the next batches. I made 11 pies. Add oil as needed between batches.
