Rice (boiled) 250 g
Green onions 90 g
Vegetable oil 50 ml

Chicken fillet (boiled) 300 g
Heavy cream (20%) 300 ml

Preparing the dough for pancakes. Mix milk with one egg, add 5 grams of salt and sugar, mix. Add flour and mix well until smooth, pour in 50 ml vegetable oil.

Set the dough aside and prepare the ingredients for the filling. Finely chop 6 boiled eggs. Also finely chop the boiled chicken. Shredding greens
