Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 170 g
Apples 2 pc
Wheat flour 200 g
Butter 140 g
Water (boiling water) 3 tbsp
Walnuts 100 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Soda 0.5 tsp
Prunes 150 g
Brown sugar 30 g

Chop the nuts with a knife, do not crush them

Pour hot water over prunes for 10 minutes. Dry. I have a large one, I cut it in half. Better left whole

Peel the apples from the middle and cut into large pieces

Grind soft butter with granulated sugar. I used a mixer.

Continuing to mix, add eggs one at a time.

Add flour sifted with baking soda and mix

Add half the nuts to the dough, mix

Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour the dough into it

Place apples and prunes on the dough, pressing them into the dough. Top with remaining nuts and brown sugar. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. Bon appetit. I didn’t have time to take a photo of the whole pie, they took it into pieces
