Potato and Cottage Cheese Pan Pies

On soft dough, with unusual filling — a new taste! I make these thin pies with potatoes for first courses instead of bread. They have a very interesting combination: vegetables with cottage cheese. Delicate kefir dough and a juicier filling compared to other potato pies!
