Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 105 g
Wheat flour 70 g
Baking powder 0.3 tsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Semolina 90 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Margarine (preferably for baking. + 0.5 tsp for lubricating the mold.) 50 g
Kefir 0.5 cup

Letʼs prepare the products.

To make manna tastier, mix semolina with kefir, stir and leave to “swell” for 20-30 minutes.

Add egg, vanilla sugar, salt to taste and sugar and mix well.

Melt margarine in the microwave and add to our dough. Mix well.

Combine flour and baking powder and sift into the dough.

Take a microwave-safe form. It should be twice the volume of the dough. Lubricate thoroughly with margarine. Pour the dough into the mold. Microwave for 9 minutes at 600 W. This is the most optimal mode — tested. When the program ends, just leave it in the microwave for a minute.
