Apple and Curd Delight Pie

Thin curd dough and lots of juicy apples! This pie is good for both family tea parties and guests. Delicious rich curd dough is complemented by aromatic apple filling. Everyone will remain full and happy!

Ingredients (20 portions)

For dough:

Sugar 0.5 cup
Wheat flour 240 g
Butter 130 g
Vanillin to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Soda 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 200 g

For filling:

Sugar 2 tbsp
Apples 600 g
Ground cinnamon to taste

For the top of the pie:

Sugar 1 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc

Grind cottage cheese, eggs, sugar.

Add butter softened at room temperature and mix.

Add slaked soda, then sifted flour.

Knead the soft dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Line a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper. Roll out one part of the dough into an even layer. I did this right away on parchment.

Now for the filling. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.

Place apple slices on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the second part of the dough in the same shape as the bottom layer.

Using a rolling pin, transfer the rolled out layer onto the apple filling.

We pinch the edges of the pie. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees. about 30 minutes until golden brown.
