Sour cream 1 cup

White cabbage 500 g
Dill to taste

How to make a quick cabbage pie? Prepare your food. Use sour cream of any fat content, the main thing is that it is high-quality and natural. You may need more or less flour than the specified amount, depending on the dough. Read about the properties of flour in the article at the end of the recipe. You can use any greens.

Handle the cabbage right away — it will need time to sit. Cut the required amount from the head of cabbage, first tearing off the top leaves and washing it. Finely chop the cabbage. When slicing for a pie, the fineness of the shredder is not important; it is better to cut the cabbage into small pieces, strips or cubes. Place the chopped cabbage in a bowl.

If you have young green cabbage, skip this step. Make it with winter varieties. Pour boiling water over the future filling, cover the bowl with a lid and leave to stand for 15 minutes. During this time, the cabbage will soften, and will finally soften during baking.

How to make the dough? Beat the eggs into a bowl, after washing and drying them. Add sour cream. Add salt. Mix everything with a whisk.

Sift most of the flour into the sour cream-egg mixture. Add baking powder. Knead the dough with a whisk. If it turns out too liquid, add more flour. If it is thick, dilute with a small amount of kefir or milk. For baking powder, read a separate article at the end of the recipe.

Wash the dill (or any other greens), dry and finely chop.

Drain the water from the cabbage and squeeze it out with your hands. Add chopped greens to the cabbage, salt and pepper it. You can also add boiled and chopped eggs to the filling.

Take a suitable baking dish. Mine is 33*17 cm in size. Grease the bottom and walls with soft butter, and then sprinkle them with breadcrumbs — the crackers will stick to the butter and form a crispy crust after baking. It will not only add flavor, but also protect the cake from sticking.

Pour half of the batter into the bottom of the pan.
