Wheat flour 60 g
Starch 40 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Filling:

Sugar 40 g
Gooseberry 400 g

Cream:

Sugar 100 g
Semolina 2 tbsp
Cream 200 g
Sour cream 150 g
Ready pudding 50 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy foam.

Pour in 2 tbsp. l. hot water, stir.
