Creamy Pear Pie

Amazingly tender, fabulously tasty and incomparably aromatic! For the first time I made a pie with pears from dough with cream. The taste of such a biscuit captivated both me and my family. The pie is very simple and quick to make, but can even decorate a holiday table. Pairs perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pear pie in the oven? Prepare all ingredients. I chose red pears — they look beautiful in the pie and I like the taste. You can choose others, but they are sure to be delicious. You can make such a pie from any type of pear, the main thing is that they are not too hard and fragrant.

Step 2

Step 2
Letʼs prepare the dough: beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy foam.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour in the cream and mix with a mixer.

Step 4

Step 4
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the beaten eggs. Stir until smooth. Please note that you may need a little less or a little more flour: see how the dough turns out. It should be like thick sour cream.

Step 5

Step 5
Letʼs start with the filling: peel the pears, remove the core, cut into thin slices.

Step 6

Step 6
Depending on which pan you use, you can lightly grease it or line it with parchment. My mold doesnʼt need lubrication. Place some of the pears on the bottom of the baking dish. Place half of the dough on top.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the remaining pears on top of the dough. Fill with the remaining dough. Preheat the oven in advance (10-20 minutes to 190 degrees).

Step 8

Step 8
Bake the pie for 35 minutes at 190°C. Ovens operate differently, times and temperatures are approximate, use your equipment as a guide.

Step 9

Step 9
Remove the finished pie from the oven, let cool slightly and turn it over onto a plate so that the pears are on top. Bon appetit!
