How to make grated jam pie with margarine? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Take quality margarine. Remove it from the refrigerator in advance. He should have time to soften. You can replace margarine with butter. Rinse the egg thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Be sure to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen.

Place soft margarine in a suitable container. Add sugar. White sugar can be replaced with brown sugar. It will give baked goods a caramel taste and aroma. If desired, add vanilla sugar or vanillin at the tip of a knife. Cream the butter and sugar well with a mixer, turning on the highest speed. The mass should become light and fluffy, and the sugar should dissolve.

Then add the rest of the flour. Knead with a spoon and then with your hands into a soft, non-sticky dough. You may need more or less flour, depending on the consistency.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Wrap most of it in film and put it in the refrigerator. Place a smaller portion of the dough, wrapped in a pact, in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Start shaping the pie. Place most of the dough into the pan and spread it with your hands over the entire pan, making edges. If it is more convenient, you can first roll out the dough and then put it in the mold. If you are baking on a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper first to prevent the cake from burning.
