How to make a simple fried cabbage jellied pie with cabbage in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. In addition to cabbage, you can add onions, any herbs, peppers and spices to your liking. I used parsley because we donʼt like onions.

Finely chop the peeled and washed white cabbage.

Wash fresh greens, dry and chop finely. If adding onion, peel and cut it into thin half rings.

Place the cabbage and greens (and onions) in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Mix the filling with your hand, lightly kneading the cabbage. This will make it softer. The filling is ready.

Break the eggs into another bowl. Add sugar, salt. Stir everything with a whisk.

Pour sour cream and milk into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

Heat the frying pan. I advise you not to use a pan that is too large; the cake will turn out too thin. I have 26 cm, better take less. Pour some vegetable oil on it. Spoon half of the dough and spread it evenly across the bottom.

Cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat to low. Cook the pie for about 20 minutes. The exact time depends on the operating characteristics of your stove, as well as the selected frying pan.
