Ingredients (20 portions)

Shortbread dough:

Wheat flour 450 g
Butter 300 g
Sugar 150 g
Egg yolks 2 pc

Almond dough:

Wheat flour 150 g
Butter 250 g
Powdered sugar 250 g
Egg yolks 4 pc
Egg whites 6 pc
Almond flour 300 g
Starch 2 tbsp

Jam 400 g
