Potato (boiled) 3 pc
Hard cheese 70 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 400 g
Puff pastry 400 g
Dill to taste

How to prepare puff pastries with potatoes and mushrooms: Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly with water, dry and cut into small cubes. Peel and rinse the onions, then cut into small cubes.

Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until soft. Then add the chopped mushrooms to the onion, stir, continue to fry until all the liquid has evaporated.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add them to the mushrooms, add salt and pepper to taste.
