Lemon Semolina Cake on Greek Yogurt

Lemon manna on Greek yogurt is pure bliss! Mannikas are a special type of baked goods, quite filling thanks to semolina and at the same time sweet. I recently posted a recipe for apple manna. Now I decided to master the lemon one. It turned out to be denser, more satisfying, moderately sweet, with a pronounced aroma and taste of lemon. All lovers of citrus baked goods will like it.
