How to make charlotte with frozen berries? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. You can use any berries for the pie. I have a little bit of lingonberries, cherries, black and red currants. There is no need to defrost them first. Melt the butter in the microwave.

To prepare the dough, take a comfortable deep bowl. Combine eggs and sugar in it. To help the sugar dissolve better, you can use a mixer.

Next add sour cream and melted butter. Mix everything into the dough.

Add soda. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

Place frozen berries into the finished dough and gently fold them in. It is convenient to do this with a spatula or spoon so that the berries do not squash too much and do not release juice.

For baking, I take a springform pan (18 cm). Cover the bottom with parchment and grease the sides with butter. Place the finished dough in the mold and distribute it evenly throughout the entire mold. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
