Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 200 g
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Water (or juice) 250 ml
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 0.5 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Dried apricots (Or other dried fruits of your choice. You can add 0.5 cups of ground nuts.) 0.5 cup
Jam to taste
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Products for gingerbread.

Take 200 g of sugar, 250 g of water (or juice), 2 tbsp. l. honey and half a glass of vegetable oil. Mix in a ladle and heat to 60°C.

Separately mix 1.5 cups of flour sifted through a sieve with 2 tbsp. l. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 0.5 teaspoon of coriander.

Letʼs put it all together.

Using a whisk (or hand mixer), beat the sugar and flour mixtures.

While mixing, add 0.5 cups of dried apricots (figs, raisins, or all at once) to the dough. You can add ground nuts.

Place the dough in a silicone mold.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the gingerbread there, which will be completely ready in 35 minutes.

The top of the finished gingerbread can be coated with any jam. Bon appetit!
