Cereals 200 g
Oranges 1 pc
Water 125 ml
Bananas 2 pc
Carrot (small) 1 pc
Sesame 100 g
Prunes 4 pc
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Grind oatmeal into flour, grate carrots on a fine grater. Finely chop the prunes. If necessary, soak the prunes briefly beforehand.
