Dough:

Sugar 100 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Eggs 2 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 200 ml

Filling:

Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanillin 1 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Candied fruit 100 g
Starch 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 250 g

Wash the eggs in running water and food grade soap to remove any dirt. Place them in a large, convenient bowl and beat with sugar until fluffy using a mixer.

Sift the flour and add it to the dough in parts. Beat with a mixer at low speed. You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. Read more about the properties of flour at the end of the recipe.

You should get a viscous, homogeneous dough.

If your cottage cheese is dry and grainy, then first rub it through a sieve and punch it with a submersible blender. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with sugar, sour cream and egg. Grind everything until smooth. Add vanillin at the tip of a knife and starch, stir everything again.

Add the candied fruit (reserve a little for sprinkling on top of the pie) and stir again. You don’t have to add candied fruits, but they really make it tastier.

Place the dough in a greased baking dish.

Carefully pour the filling into the middle.

Sprinkle the previously set aside candied fruits on top of the filling. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 40 minutes.
