Plum and Pear Summer Pie

This is the fastest and easiest recipe. When you donʼt really want to cook in the summer! The pie with pears and plums is very tender, it just melts in your mouth. It’s just the season for pears and plums, bake them, you won’t regret it.

Ingredients (12 portions)

For dough:

Sugar 200 g
Wheat flour 170 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
Serum 150 ml

For filling:

Plums 0.5 kg
Pears 0.5 kg

For powder:

Sugar to taste
Butter 20 g
Peanut 3 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp

I am preparing the necessary ingredients for a pie with pears and plums.

I mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.

I add sour cream whey to the mixture.

Add sifted flour in portions and baking powder. Mix with a spatula until smooth.

I cut the plums into slices.

I peel the pears and also cut them into slices.

I add the prepared fruits with the flour mixture, leaving a little for decoration. I stir.

I cover the pan with parchment and grease the sides of the pan with butter. I spread the fruit mixture, level it, and decorate it with slices of plums and pears on top.

I prepare the powder from 1 tbsp. spoons of sugar, cinnamon and nuts, mix everything with a spoon.
