Surprisingly tasty and airy pastries! Pies like fluff are made from yeast dough with kefir. When I did this kind of baking for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 420 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 125 ml
Kefir 250 ml
Dry yeast 7 g

For filling:

Sugar 20 g
Apples 3 pc
Raisin 60 g
Ground cinnamon to taste

Letʼs start preparing the dough by activating the yeast. Pour yeast into 1/3 tbsp. water at room temperature, add 1 tsp. sugar and mix. Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes. During this time, a “cap” should form on the surface.

Combine kefir with vegetable oil and mix. Heat the mixture slightly over low heat while constantly stirring (to about 38 degrees). Be careful not to overheat the mixture, otherwise the kefir may curdle.

Remove the warm kefir-oil mixture from the heat, add salt, sugar, and mix.

Add activated yeast and stir.

Add sifted flour. A little more flour may be needed. Depends on its quality.
