How to bake an apple pie with sour cream in the oven? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 4-5 pieces. Take unscented vegetable oil. If the apples are small, take 4-5 pieces. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Combine the eggs with vanilla sugar and salt and beat with a mixer until fluffy, gradually adding sugar. The airiness of your cake depends on how you beat the eggs. You can’t beat the mixture until it’s white and thick—the whites will lose the air bubbles that lift the dough. And in this case, even baking powder will not help. The dough will either not rise at all or rise very weakly.

Continuing to beat, add sour cream and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.

Peel one apple, remove the core and seeds and cut into slices. For this dish, it is better to take sweet and sour apples, dense, not loose. Apples with loose pulp will quickly boil and lose their shape.

Cut the remaining apples directly with the skin into very thin slices or grate them on a special grater. I took the second two apples with bright red skin to make the finished pie more beautiful.
