Tropical Fruit Pie

The pie flew away instantly! I can recommend it. Pie with tropical fruits on a completely universal dough. Any fruits and berries are suitable as a filling here. From the familiar apples, pears and plums to exotic pineapples and even papaya. But it’s better, of course, if the fruit is sour.

Step 3

Step 3
Next, sift the flour into the bowl. Add salt, soda, vanillin. And pour in milk, preferably at room temperature.

Step 6

Step 6
First cut the peeled bananas in half lengthwise, and then cut each of the slices into small cubes.

Step 7
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with any cooking oil suitable for baking. I take sunflower oil. My mold is silicone, 24 cm in diameter. Pour the dough into the mold. And distribute the fruits on top in random order. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until done.
