Ingredients (6 portions)

Dough:

Kefir 400 ml
Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 2 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.25 tsp

Filling:

Young cabbage 300 g
Dill 50 g
Eggs 3 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Sesame 2 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Free the cabbage from the top dirty leaves and finely chop.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and simmer the cabbage in it until soft, about 10 minutes. Refrigerate.

Wash the dill in running water, dry and chop.

Combine cabbage, boiled eggs and dill. Salt and pepper.

Mix everything well.

Prepare all ingredients for the dough.

In a deep bowl, combine room temperature kefir, eggs, salt and sugar. Stir.

Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps in the dough. The finished dough should look like pancakes. If yours is too strong, you can dilute it with kefir.

Grease a baking dish (Ø 25-26 cm) with vegetable oil. Pour most of the dough into the mold (2/3 of it).

Place the cabbage filling on top and smooth it out.

Fill the filling with the remaining dough.
