Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 145 g
Butter 50 g
Milk 2 tbsp
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Sour cream 200 ml
Baking powder 18 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Semolina 250 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Kefir 200 ml

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
We take the necessary products.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour kefir and sour cream over the semolina and leave for an hour. During this time, the semolina will swell and there will be no grains in the finished dish.

Step 3

Step 3
Meanwhile, beat eggs with sugar (120 g), salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Step 4
Carefully fold the egg mixture into the semolina. The dough turns out like thick store-bought sour cream.

Step 5

Step 5
We cover a frying pan (I have a thick bottom) with parchment paper, pour in the dough, cover with a lid and place on top of the stove over the lowest heat.

Step 6

Step 6
Bake on the fire for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the manna cook for another 15 minutes. The peculiarity of baking in a frying pan is that the top does not brown, but believe me, the dish is baked and ready to eat)

Step 7

Step 7
When the manna has cooled, carefully place it on a plate and pour glaze on top. Preparation of glaze: 1 tbsp. l. sugar (25 gr.), 2 tbsp. l. milk, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder and 50 gr. Boil the butter for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
