Wheat flour 45 g
Rum 10 ml

Eggs at room temperature. Alcohol (rum or cognac) optional. Wheat flour can be replaced with nut flour. Butter for coconut. Adjust the sweetness yourself; you may want more or less sugar.

I poured the dough, smoothed it out, you can hit it a couple of times :) on the table so that all the voids are filled. And I send it to a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes. There is no need to set the temperature too high. The cake can rise a lot, and when it cools, it will fall off.
