Such pies can be made with absolutely any filling, the main thing is that it is completely prepared. I made pies with potatoes. To do this, I boiled the potatoes in advance, mashed them and added onions fried in butter, salt, ground black pepper and mixed everything.

Heat the milk a little, but strongly. It should be warm, but not scalding, otherwise the yeast in it will not be activated, but will die. Pour warm milk into a bowl, add yeast and sugar. Sift three tablespoons of flour into a bowl with milk and yeast and stir again until smooth.

Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place for about 15 minutes. During this time, the yeast should begin to work and form a dense foam. If this does not happen, it means that the yeast is not suitable for further use and will have to be replaced.
