How to make meat and potatoes in a jar in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take any meat (in this case it’s pork), it’s better if it’s not entirely lean.

Rinse all vegetables and meat well and drain. Peel the onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, carrots and onions into medium cubes, add spices to the mixture, add salt, and mix well. You can add spices to your taste.

Cut the potatoes into larger slices.

In a jar of suitable size, layer potatoes and meat with onions, carrots and spices. It is convenient to use wide-necked jars for baking; fortunately, they are not in short supply now. Add bay leaf and salt.

When an hour has passed, you can reduce the temperature and simmer the dish until cooked. Check the potatoes for readiness — they should become completely soft and boiled.
