Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake juicy pink salmon with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. My pink salmon was frozen. It must first be defrosted at room temperature. Then wash the fish, dry it and cut it into pieces. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. If you use new potatoes, you can simply wash them with a brush without peeling them.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the prepared potatoes into slices.

Step 3

Step 3
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form — glass, ceramic or metal. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a little vegetable oil and lay out the chopped potatoes. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and spices. You can use a little ground pepper or dry herbs as a spice.

Step 4

Step 4
Place pink salmon, cut into pieces, on top of the potatoes.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into rings. Place the onion rings evenly over the entire surface of the fish.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour sour cream over everything evenly. If the sour cream is thick, then it can be diluted a little with water. Add a little more salt and fish spice to taste.

Step 7

Step 7
Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and top with sour cream.

Step 8

Step 8
Sprinkle the top layer generously with grated cheese.

Step 9

Step 9
Cover everything on top with a sheet of foil and tuck the edges so that everything is closed on the sides and the heat does not escape. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Step 10

Step 10
After the specified time, remove the sheet of foil. The fish cooks quite quickly, so test the potatoes for tenderness. If the potatoes are ready, the pan can be removed from the oven.

Step 11

Step 11
Pink salmon baked with potatoes in foil is ready! Divide the dish among plates and serve! Bon appetit!
