Step 1

Step 1
How to bake potatoes in the oven? Prepare your food. Take medium-sized potatoes; they will bake faster. It’s better to make breadcrumbs yourself; they will turn out much tastier than store-bought ones. First wash the potatoes well under running water with a brush.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the potatoes and dry with paper towels. Place each tuber in a tablespoon and make frequent deep cuts with a knife, without reaching the end.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the potatoes in a baking dish.

Step 4

Step 4
Drizzle each tuber with sunflower oil. Sprinkle with salt. Place the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
After the time has passed, remove the mold. Sprinkle potatoes with breadcrumbs and black pepper. You can also use your favorite spices. Place pieces of butter on top of each tuber. Place the pan in the oven for another 15 minutes until the potatoes are browned and cooked through. The exact time will depend on your oven and the size of the potatoes. Serve the finished potatoes immediately. Bon appetit!
