How to make potatoes under a fur coat in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. I have ham, any boiled sausage or bacon will also work. The fat content of sour cream can be any.

Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes.

Peel the garlic and chop it in a convenient way. You can pass the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater, or finely chop it.

Cut the pre-peeled potatoes into slices.

In a suitable sized bowl, combine chopped potatoes, onions, chopped garlic, ground black pepper, and herbes de Provence. Salt, add vegetable oil. Mix everything well. You can use any spices and seasonings to taste.
