Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake chicken with vegetables in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare your food. You can take any parts from the chicken, or you can use the whole chicken. You can use whatever vegetables you have at home (even frozen mixtures, you don’t need to defrost them, leave them on the counter while the chicken is marinating). Wash fresh vegetables and dry with a towel. You can use any dry spices you like. Prepare a baking sleeve and a baking dish or baking tray for the oven.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the selected parts of the chicken (I used the thighs) under running cold water and dry with a towel. Place the chicken in a deep bowl, add soy sauce, half the vegetable oil, chopped peeled garlic cloves and dry spices (I will use suneli hops). Stir and leave to marinate on the counter for half an hour. You can leave it for a longer time.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash and peel the potatoes. If the potatoes are large, then cut them into four or more pieces; if they are small, then they can be left whole or cut in half. Place chopped potatoes in a deep bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, dry spices if desired, and stir.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the zucchini and remove the skin. If the zucchini is young, there is no need to peel the skin. Cut the zucchini into large cubes and add to the potatoes and stir.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the carrots and cut them as desired. Add chopped carrots and Brussels sprouts to the vegetables and stir. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

Step 6

Step 6
Take a baking sleeve and place the marinated chicken and prepared vegetables into it. Tie the edge of the sleeve or secure with clips and place on a baking sheet. Make several holes in the sleeve with a toothpick to allow steam to escape. Place it in a preheated oven for 40-60 minutes. The time will depend on the power of the oven and the size of the chicken and chopped vegetables. The larger the chicken and cut vegetables, the longer it will take to cook.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the cooked chicken and vegetables from the oven. Carefully open the baking sleeve and place the finished dish on serving plates. Serve the chicken with hot vegetables; you can also offer a fresh vegetable salad or homemade pickles. Bon appetit!
