Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake chicken legs with potatoes in the oven in a sleeve? Prepare all the ingredients you will need for the recipe. Instead of legs, you can only use poultry drumsticks or thighs, as well as wings. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Step 2
Remove any remaining feathers from the legs, if any. Cut the chicken into portions. Peel the potatoes, onions and garlic. Rinse everything well in cold water.

Step 3

Step 3
Dry the chicken with paper towels to remove any remaining water. Add mustard and a little vegetable oil. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt to taste. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the chicken legs.

Step 4

Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly so that every piece of chicken is in the aromatic marinade.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the potatoes into slices, cubes or cubes, as you prefer.

Step 6

Step 6
Chop the onion into half rings or feathers and add to the potatoes.

Step 7

Step 7
Add sour cream and your favorite spices. I used ground red and black pepper. Lightly salt.

Step 8

Step 8
Mix everything well.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the potatoes in an even layer in the baking sleeve.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the chicken legs on top. Tie the sleeve and use a toothpick to make several punctures at the top. This is necessary so that during the baking process hot air comes out of the sleeve.

Step 11

Step 11
Place the sleeve in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. After the specified time, cut the top of the sleeve (be careful not to burn yourself), and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. If possible, set the convection mode.

Step 12

Step 12
Serve the finished dish hot with salads and fresh vegetables!
